01. 越問越傷心 (More Questions Yields More Sadness) Originally, this was CD 1 of the combined album of Alex Wu & Keith Wong - The New Man & Who Knows Keith which was released by EEG in Hong Kong. However, I think that for downloading purposes and listeners' preferences, they should be separated since these two are definitely not the same people singing not are their styles closely similar. Keith Wong 's music is more alternative pop while Alex Wu focuses on ballads. They're both good singers, especially for newcomers, and I highly recommend giving them a listen depending on what your style of music is.

my random picks for today! ~Kara wins the 'random songs' picture spot since their version of 'Joolae' was requested: and I just finished watching the dance battle and their outfits were the most unique^^ Anyways: i'm changing up how I post my random songs for convenience of space and prettyful-ness. Wednesday, January 28, 2009joannaeek here! So lately, i went a little crazy over Taegoon! Yeah.. hahah, nearly upped all the important things about him. He's so wonderful<3. So with no further ado: Taegoon madness! Korean: 2[Perf] 1[Album] 1[MV]
Haha, spazz time! The mini-album of Taegoon is actually really catchy. The songs sound similarly, but considering it is K-Dance, what do you expect? Every single song in this mini-album is catchy, and it won't disappoint. Not to mention, Taegoon has a super smooth voice, to suit his super fooine face.
OMG, not only does Jaejoong (from DBSK, for those living in a cave) look super hot, but so does Taegoon! The story, about a girl cheating on JJ (unimaginable, i know...) with Taegoon, is confusing, but you'll get it the more you watch the video. It's one you can't miss, because the Call Me dance, is super addictive to watch, and the song is really addictive, and there are hot guys. 'nuff said^^
Ohmylands. He was hot. It's his debut performance. You gotta see. I love the way he smiles, why he performs. The only sad thing about this performance, was his microphone was all buggy, but it's okay. He's got so mad dance moves
This is my favorite performance of Taegoon. He smiles extra, and he has a little dance interlude in the middle of the performance. Monday, January 26, 2009 Deeee: Happy Chinese New Year! =] Mandarin: 2[Album] Korean: 1[Perf] CD 1 More Alan Luo to spread around~ This is basically a repackaged version of the album he came out with earlier this year, Trendy Man. I never listened to his album when it came out, but after listening to this version, I like it a lot. It's a little toned-down version of his earlier works which is actually fine. He shows off more of his singing skills while still being able to throw in those club-type songs. Really good album!
01. 黑 咖啡 Mandarin Band... those are rare these days... Picks is pretty good. i never heard of them, but i'm guessing they're new. maybe. not really sure. they're definitely something different than the fluffy mando pop songs these days. go give 'em a listen~

Friday, January 23, 2009 01. 如果世上没傻瓜 (If the World has no Fools) Alex Fong! Yay! This guy is simply awesome. This swimmer-turned-actor/singer is back with a small mini-album which seems to be the trend now-a-days in all of asia. It's actually really good though. You can tell that they actually put effort into making good songs this time around^^ I like the album a lot and looking forward to seeing music videos^_____^ (also not that the translations for tracks 01&03 are wrong. So change that upon downloading. sorry for the inconvenience!)
01. 最近 Honestly, don't know much about this guy... His songs are pretty good, but i'm pretty sure i'll forget them once i move onto the next song. He's not bad, but he's not something to spazz over. Here's his album for those who are fond of him though =]
01. 데이트 It's attack of the Korean subgroups!^^ Jewelry is breaking off into Jewelry-S with their two newest members; Ha Joo Yeon && Kim Eun Jung. Only track 03 is running lose right now until the closer date of their single release which is February 6. However, i highly recommend listening to this song. It's actually pretty good and cute/fun. Good job so far~
01. 改變 (Change) The Thing that caught my attention was former LOLLIPOP (BANG BANG TANG) member!!! That would explain that ridiculous stagename >.< His singing won't blow you away, but he will be loved by his targeted audience, as-in: hotboy-obsessed-fangirls!
01. 別哭，寶貝 (Don't Cry, Baby) Liao Jin's new album 'Don't Cry, Baby' isn't your modern up-to-beat Pop single. It actually reminds me more of the music that my mom listens to >.< I bet this song is from a drama though, because the lyrics and instrumental really suits the mood it appeals to. Anyways, i'm really indifferent about this album. Give it a try if you want~

The extremely anticipated SNSD is back with their new song, "Gee". They look good, i guess. Not Bad. The song is alright. But whatever, right? It's SNSD. FEATURING MINHO! *giggles*.
The performance was pretty good. I felt that they were very energetic. Also, they did get a good reaction from the crowd, something we haven't seen for SNSD lately. This is a good thing! ^^
Ohhhhhhboy, Seungri. Is there really that much more to say? 01. It was too Painful (Ft. Ji Sun) Lovely digital single from equally lovely artists; Jisun (LOVEHOLIC) && Alex (Clazziquai). Although this digitial single only has two tracks, the single really shows that quality beats quantity's butt anyday^^ The two songs are extremely well sung and soothing to listen to. 01. 붙잡아도 (Even If I Hold onto You) (Ft. Baek Ji Young) To start off with this little review by noting that i can't seem to like this group; Namolla Family. =XBesides the fact that they're not a 'hot korean guy-group' ^^ their rapping is just sooo mediocre. The music isn't catchy in my opinion and their performances seem bore me. i will stop my ranting here. Energy Song 01. 如果当时 (If at that Time) Just found out about this guy when I saw his CD floating around... and i must say: It is impossible to find information on this guy! --I did manage to find out that He is born was born on 1986.05.14 and is a medical student who likes to song as a hobby! so wowsz. Not sure if that is 100% true since he has the time to come out with a CD and everything. But oh wells. We'll see how he does. His style is really good and his singing really reminds me of Hoho Hou Xian.
01. 億萬克拉的幸福 (Hundred Millions of Happiness) l mediafire mirror The first track has me laughing to death! It starts out with a man with a deep voice saying 'babby~" LOL! it was soooo creepy and unexpected! >.< I had low expectations going through the two tracks of this album; but this single is actually REALLY good. Now I tend to say a lot of albums are good, but this one is exactly my type of music. Other than that suuuper awkward 'babby~' in the beginning of the first track, I really like the two tracks on this single. His style of music can be compared to American R&B and a mix of Chinese-style R&B. Really like this guy and looking forward to seeing more of his songs.
CD 1 It's another F4 guy. .....yay..... =X Honestly, not a big fan. >.< But it's new and it's a compilation of all his 'best hits' so there are some good and catchy hits. However, since the singing is just okay towards the bad side of the scale (^__^); i'm going to have to give this album a 3/5. DOWNLOAD FULL ALBUM [includes CD 1 + CD 2 inside .rar folder]
01. 白 (White) Such a good artist! When I first saw the album for this singer, I was thinking 'boring' and the typical slow chinese ballads. But Short Stay Beijing is actually a pretty good single from Yuan Quan. She can sing and her songs are different that you won't get bored too easily. 01. U R Man (Remix) FINALLY! Remix version of U R Man && The One. Two really awesome songs from their equally awesome single (=]) 'UR Man' I'm not a big fan of the 'U R Man (Remix)' but 'The One' has a really nice feel to it. It also reminds me of Christmas since they have bells in the background, but oh wells. It's still awesome with the snapping fingers ;] 01. 冷战 Start off the New Year freeshh~ Mandarin's cute girl is back with Not Yet a Woman (New Year Repackage). I'm personally not a big fan of Rainie, but I have to admit; this is a good CD. I don't prefer to listen to live performances on MP3, but this is extremely good! She has a lot of energy and her voice is consistent throughout the whole performance. I didn't catch any mistakes in singing yet ^^ A highly recommended download. Something for Rainie fans and lovers of the genre to enjoy~ My rating: 4.5/5
01. 연애소설 (A love story) Gavy NJ! I looveee these girls soo much! They actually have nice voices and can actually sing compared to most other Korean girl groups these days. DBSK's newest Japanese single MV! This is definitely worth watching because it's got the East Gods in it. Yes, they're better looking than ever, and the song is catchy as well. The main theme of the video is Ballet, so i wish there was less ballet, and more DBSK (that rhymed^^). Anyways, enjoy!

Off of Big Bang's Vol. 2 - Remember, adorable Maknae Seung Ri gets a solo + music video. He shows off a more mature look with his black suit and 'clubbin' attitude' ^___^. Featuring group-member G-Dragon && that same girl from 'Last Farewell' ( too bad no Dong Wan =[ ) Seung Ri's; Strong Baby will definitely surprise you! Special Stage Performance by Son Ho Young (<3) && 2PM (<333) Awesome performance as expected by Son Ho Young and the rookies: 2PM.
01. O'kay Most music-goers don't really take a second look at Emi Hinouchi, but she persists to be my favorite JPOP singer. Emi's strong && powerful voice; along with her self-written lyrics show her hard work put into amazing songs. I think she's extremely underrated partly due to her hiding behind M-FLO and their awesome-hyped up music. I highly recommend listening to Emi's music. You won't find a similar track or a boring one at that. Emi Hinouchi's 'ME' :: 2 thumbs up!
